Why is it going up again lol

It was 1000 gems last time, and it went up again? It went from 600 -> 1000 -> 1200. The treasure quest cooldown? is also charging fast so they say I can do it again soon, it's 15 minutes and I love it. Go higher my friend, you can do it!
