I'm building a Blackwing deck

Is it right to include Cheese Ball? If I use a Normal Summon and the opponent has less than 3 cards on their field, it becomes a dead draw, and it never gets drawn when I need it. I'm not sure if it's better to just rely on Kaijus and Infinite Impermanence.
