Duolingo Day 45

I'd like to point out that Duolingo can be viewed not just as a language learning tool, but as a 'game' in itself. While it appears to be an educational app for learning foreign languages like English and Japanese, its structure and methods are fully equipped with game-like elements. Duolingo has game-like structures such as experience points (XP), levels, and a league system. Users earn points by solving problems and feel a sense of accomplishment as they progress to higher stages. This is very similar to the process of completing missions and receiving rewards in a typical game.
