Most Floor users have probably experienced the situation where claiming a hidden quest reward causes all subsequent hidden quests to disappear. If the first hidden quest reward has an error, subsequent rewards will also have errors. Also, if you wait thinking that applying for only the high-level rewards later after accumulating them will resolve the issue, it'll become a hassle. If there are hidden quests you haven't received rewards for, you'll have to inquire about each one individually, which is annoying... If you haven't received them, ask for them right away. It's a pain to let them pile up~ haha

It says it takes about 1 day for the hidden reward, but honestly, if you don't clear it that day, it's a customer service response. You get the hidden reward, but then they don't give you any more hidden rewards, which is frustrating. Sometimes they give multiple hidden rewards at once, which is convenient. I've also contacted AI support a few times, but I don't know if they don't give hidden rewards like the customer center. Lately, even if there are hidden rewards, I tend to skip games that require a long time investment, like ad games.
