Fandom: People who like something. Genre: Refers collectively to the 2nd and 3rd-gen creations and fandom of a 1st-gen creation. To "dig into" a genre: To really like a genre. To "eat" (something): To like (something). Landmine: A genre or action one strongly dislikes. Canon: The original source material. Fanon: Derived from 2nd or 3rd-gen creations.
