Are ads working properly in the game?
Whenever I try to watch an ad for rewards, it shows this and I can't proceed with the ad. Does anyone know how to fix this? For your information, it's not just this game. Ever since the Playo app updated in August, all the games installed on my phone have been in this state...

It must be frustrating that the ads aren't showing... Maybe try clearing your cache or reinstalling the app? Sorry, that's all I can suggest. :/

That happened to me a few times today too. With two other games..;; So I even turned my phone off and on, but it still kept acting up😥

This has been happening to me since yesterday ㅠㅠㅠ The ads that pop up on Floor are fine, but the ads within the games keep giving me errors.
