Managed to get another 600k inquiry successful... Ugh, the inquiry cooldown is 1 hour, so I guess I have to do it every time.

Yeah, that's super inconvenient, right? I tried inquiring about these three items, but it only processed one of the selected ones. I guess the hidden ones are handled by AI based on photos. Seeing as the replies are always the same and it gets done even in the early morning, it's probably because it's not done by a person.

Was the 'Contact Us' button next to the hidden quest reward always there? I hadn't noticed it before, so I was like 'What's this?' when I saw it~~ Makes me wonder how much I've missed out on ㅜㅜ

When I write inquiries to customer service, I've had them processed all at once by writing things like 'Level 5, Level 15' 🤔🤔

I just figured if the rewards didn't come in, they'd show up later, so I let it slide... but apparently, they won't unless you submit a ticket? It's problematic that you can only claim up to 3 at a time and there's a cooldown period.

It seems like AI is answering and handling things.

Yeah, the issue with hidden quests not clearing automatically has been around for a while. I don't know if it's a technical problem or what, but I've had to submit tickets to get them completed more than once, so now I just kind of accept it.

I see comments saying they report bugs whenever they occur, but if a game has bugs, they should fix them. Seems like they have no intention of fixing them...
