I thought Brawl was known for not having hacks, but I guess that's old news now. The lag has been so bad lately, it's kind of awkward to play.

These days, it's pretty much safe to say that pro players in competitive matches are using hacks. Players who move like AI, dodge everything, or have super speed are likely cheating. It's mentioned a lot on YouTube too.
