This is so fun, seriously, highly recommend!
There are raids, the thrill of catching new Pokémon (like catching Mythicals or Legendaries), and the fun of completing quests! I also like that Gigantamax battles were recently added! Highly recommend! (There are also various other features like battling Team Rocket!)
