Exploration Quests, Hidden Quests, Items

There's a festival event giving out something called ice cream, and I wondered if it was in my Time Quest. I checked and saw there was something that gave items in Manjem, so I quickly grabbed it and did it, and it even gave me a hidden quest, haha. But it was all just EXP and duds... sigh... Still, I guess I'll have to try my best until it ends ㅠㅠ
