Nori is actually OP
Nori is so good! Its power is so-so, but the fact that the normal attack charges up to 100% so quickly is fun (not sure if it's good performance-wise). Anyway, I got a lot of benefits from it.

If you feel it's good, then it's good, right?

I've pushed Nori to 2300 points and its performance is good. However, you have to be very careful with heavyweights (Elbun, Frank, Griff, etc.). With the upcoming 1 gadget cool-down and HP nerf.. I think it's mediocre.
