Have you tried King Oyster Mushrooms??
I received some as a gift and I've been eating them diligently, they're delicious~ I've fried them as pancakes, simmered them in stew, and grilled them with butter-seared steak haha They're great to eat after a good sweat too haha

The scent of the pine mushroom carries the energy of the earth. A meal prepared with care strengthens both body and mind. May the abundance gracing your table bring you vitality.

Matsutake mushrooms, man, they're the best! It reminds me of when I went to Baekdu Mountain in early August, and since it was the season for matsutake mushrooms, I asked the local guide to get some for me cheaply, and I ate them with beef. I can still taste it now, my mouth waters just thinking about it haha
