Is it just me or is it not opening?

I'm well over 50 and it hasn't shown up for me either. You should probably contact support.

A while ago, on the tips board, they said to leave an inquiry if this happens often.

Try waiting about a day after completion, and then contact customer support :)

If you contact support, they'll resolve it, but they don't fix everything at once, so you have to send in requests one by one.

Mine wouldn't open either, so I took a screenshot and contacted customer support, and they opened it for me.

I took a screenshot and contacted customer service, and they only gave me the level 20 reward. I haven't tried level 50 yet, but if you take a screenshot and submit it, they'll give it to you.
