They took mine too~~ I reached level 2500 in about 10 days, and they took the rewards for levels 600, 1500, and 2500. When I contacted support, the game company said the rewards were pre-cash, and they recovered it due to technical issues (meaning they couldn't give us the rewards due to verification problems). What a load of crap.
