I'm in Seoul, but I mainly use an app called PokeRaid for raids. As long as you have Remote Raid Passes, you can find various raids like these regardless of your location. You can also set it to see only the Pokémon you want by tapping the three lines in the top right corner for more options! Once you enter a room, copy the host's friend code, add them in Pokémon GO, and send a request to join, and they'll invite you to the raid!
