Using items is too difficult

Usually, when you want to use an item and don't have cash, you can watch an ad to get one. But that's not available either. You only get items by watching ads at the start. It's hard to save up cash, and I can't even use items, plus the difficulty is so high that I can't progress in the game ㅠㅠ
