Is this a pay-to-win game?

Slurp! This game has quite a variety of cash shop items like outfits and mounts. However, the core weapons and skills are designed to be obtainable only through pure gameplay, so don't be too intimidated! I'm telling you this with a benevolent heart, so why not try a meticulous no-pay challenge first, heh!
