You're a windflower too - Han Geureuve

You're a flower too, a windflower. A flower that blooms in the snow. You bloomed when no one was looking, you worked so hard all by yourself. You emerged alone from the still-winter ground. How cold it must have been, enduring it all without a word. It's okay not to be discouraged because you're small, and it's okay not to be flashy — just breaking through the frozen earth is enough, you've already done it all. People just say spring has come, they don't know who came first. You bloomed, and that's why it's spring. But it's okay, I know. I know how much you endured, how you got through the winter with your small body. You can rest now. It's okay if no one sees you, I'm watching you right here. You really worked hard, and you bloomed beautifully.
