I initially started playing because of the character designs, but I found myself surprisingly immersed in the story. I thought the combat was just about leveling up characters, but it was fun to directly control them and time my attacks. It was also enjoyable to build team compositions because each character has different weapons and roles. I especially liked how the characters' relationships and situations were gradually revealed as the story progressed. However, there were times when I felt there wasn't enough resources to grow the characters, and having to wait to obtain the characters I wanted was a bit disappointing. Still, I think it's a game worth trying if you value characters and story.

Honestly, I also got into the game because of the character designs and combat scenes. But as you progress through the story, you really start to feel sorry for the Nikkes, and digging into their relationships and individual backstories is quite enjoyable.

For Nikke, most people probably start because the character designs are similar, but then they find the story worth watching, get attached to them, and end up playing. lol
