I want to watch a really scary movie

I'm not good with horror movies, so I found most things scary. Have you seen The Grudge? It was super scary.

What scares people (like jump scares or atmosphere) varies from person to person, so it's a bit difficult to recommend horror movies, but I personally enjoyed John Wick.
