Questions that weren't rude but were awkward to answer?

When you go out, you might run into a stranger in front of the elevator, or a friend of a friend, or even family. Sometimes it's easy to just say a quick hello and move on, but other times you end up in the same space for a bit, which can get awkward. Then, to break the awkward silence, the other person might start talking first. In those situations, I find questions that aren't rude but are hard to refuse to answer really put me in a tough spot... What kind of questions have you found most awkward in these situations?
