Kim Feel Sings 'A Love Too Painful Wasn't Love'

'A Love Too Painful...' was written by our legend, Kim Kwang-seok. I've introduced Kim Kwang-seok's songs several times on the board before, and this is the second time for Kim Feel, whom I really like, so I'll skip the detailed introduction and talk about painful love today. At a cafe I frequent, the owner broke up with their first love and has been living alone without dating anyone even after turning 50. After breaking up with someone they once loved, they run away when love approaches, and somehow ended up in a situation where no one approaches them. The pain of their first love was so intense that they feared experiencing such pain again, so they ran away every time love came near. While you might say 'Love isn't like this,' Love requires a lot of acceptance, Love is about gaining and losing many things, It's about loving more because of the pain, and suffering more because of the pain. Perhaps this is what love is... You might insist that painful love isn't love, But in reality, it's a feeling of wanting to deny it precisely because you loved so much. I'm introducing this song, believing only Kim Feel can truly perform it.
