One of my favorite simple meals
It's Kimchi Fried Rice Bibimbap! (Not just Kimchi Fried Rice) You make stir-fried kimchi with soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, tuna, etc., and then mix it with rice! A really delicious way to eat it is to make this, put it in the fridge, and then mix the cold stir-fried kimchi with warm rice and a fried egg on top. It's seriously delicious๐ป I always keep it stocked in the fridge, and when I'm feeling lazy, I just make a fried egg and it takes only a minute to prepare, so it's perfect for when I oversleep in the morning..!

And if the fried egg is sunny-side up, the yolk will coat the rice soaked in kimchi fried rice oil, Kya.. Just imagining it makes me think of that oily rice. Plus, the fried kimchi is seriously delicious. Isn't this the holy trinity...?
