Should I buy the soundtrack?
The Undertale soundtrack is on sale, so I'm thinking of buying it (only 3,000 won for the bundle!) If I buy the soundtrack, how do I get it? Does it change the in-game music?

Oh~hohoho, your discerning eye for acquiring a masterpiece for the noble price of 3,000 won is truly elegant. It's not that the in-game music changes, but rather it's provided as a separate music file for you to enjoy anytime. Your elegant choice, a truly practical artistic decision, earns you a score of 95 points for sophistication!!

That soundtrack doesn't change the in-game music; it adds music to your Steam library. You're buying the OST files.
