What's your sleeping position?
When my rhinitis is really bad, I sleep on my side, but usually, I think I sleep on my back in a standard position. What about you guys?

I sleep in the fetal position, and even when I wake up, I seem to wake up in a similar position, though my location might change a bit lol. It's really amazing when I wake up in the fetal position when sleeping with someone else ✨
