Don't just use it for engagement; always calculate cooldowns to ensure you have an escape route. Defense Matrix / Utility Similar to D.Va's Defense Matrix, focus on blocking key enemy abilities (like healer projectiles, McCree's Flashbang, Ana's Biotic Grenade/Sleep Dart, etc.). If your allied tank or engaged DPS is taking heavy fire, providing immediate support will significantly increase your teamfight win rate. Ultimate Usage It's most effective to use your ultimate when the enemy has exhausted their defensive abilities (shields, escape skills).
