Gattaca (1997)
This is the 1997 film [Gattaca], starring Ethan Hawke, Uma Thurman, and Jude Law. It's a masterpiece of science fiction, set in a future society where genetic screening is commonplace and one's social status is determined by a single drop of blood. The protagonist, Vincent (Ethan Hawke), was conceived naturally and diagnosed with a high probability of heart disease and an expected lifespan of 30 years. However, to achieve his dream of becoming an astronaut, he assumes the identity of Jerome (Jude Law), a genetically superior individual who became paralyzed from the waist down in an accident, and joins the aerospace company Gattaca. But when a murder occurs, he faces the risk of his true identity being exposed. Although the film is nearly 30 years old and may appear dated by today's standards, it remains one of the best for its solid storyline and philosophical message.

At first I was like, 'What is this?', and just skimmed it, but on the second watch, I was like, 'Ah! Humans are amazing!' It's a movie that made me feel that. I was also on the edge of my seat at times, worried they might get caught.
