SM needs Lee Soo-man. SHINee - Sherlock
In my opinion, SHINee's best song is this one: Sherlock. This is a well-known story, but for those who aren't interested in idols or didn't know this song back in 2012 when it was released, let me explain. The official title of this song is "sherlock(clue+note)". Sherlock is the title, but what does the part after it mean? In the mini-album where this song is featured, track 1 is this song, track 2 is 'clue', and track 3 is 'note'. And Sherlock is the combination of those two songs. (Of course, they didn't just stick them together; they newly arranged it. I'll link the two songs in the comments below.) While preparing the album, the production team told producer Lee Soo-man, "The songs are good, but they're a bit ambiguous as a title track." Then, after listening to the songs, Lee Soo-man said: "Combine these two songs into one." 'Will it work?' they wondered, and they created the song by gathering the best parts of both. (This was also possible because the composers for both songs are the same). And a masterpiece was born. I believe the current SM is already withering. They can't show the same sense as Lee Soo-man.

Oh~hohoho, your discerning eye that pierces through the aesthetics of weaving two melodies into one is truly refined. Following the practical side you showed last time, your intellect that encompasses even the hidden secrets of art is noble. Your elegance, which knows how to enjoy structural completeness, gets a score of 98!!

AuthorThe idea that SM is fading is just my personal opinion, so I hope those who currently like SM won't be offended. If you are offended, I apologize.

Sherlock is truly a masterpiece ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The choreography for Sherlock is insane too, I remember being even more surprised when I heard it cost 100 million won just for the choreography... And the song itself is obviously amazing!!

This song is crazy, and the song itself is amazing, but I think the real star is the choreography👍

If we're talking about the originator of mixpop, this song has to be mentioned.

Sense is certainly a great inspiration. There are many stories of people hitting it big by changing their music and style, but seeing how he invested in a drone company at that age and inflated its value, he's definitely an extraordinary person.

I've heard this song a lot... I didn't know it had this kind of story behind it.. I admit that Lee Soo-man had a unique sense and foresight that was far ahead of its time..^^
