MRI Scan Results
I had an MRI yesterday and went to see the results today. I have a fracture in my 3rd lumbar vertebra, and the disc has also been pushed due to the fracture. In cases like this, don't they usually perform procedures or surgery? But the professor just prescribed painkillers and told me to wear a brace ㅡ.ㅡ My pain is severe, so I'm wondering if it's right to just live with wearing a brace... Should I get a second opinion at another spine specialist hospital? ㅠㅠ

You must be in a lot of pain and feeling anxious. It must be even harder not knowing the clear direction for treatment. Getting a second opinion from a professional might help ease your mind. I'll pray that your pain lessens even a little.
