A Good Example of Simple Repetition

This game is actually simple and repetitive. You make fresh fruit, you make waffles, but I call it a good example because usually, before you get tired of the repetition and think 'Ugh, this is annoying,' you've already cleared the game or found a way to overcome that annoyance. Plus, there's the urgency of a time limit, a system that rewards you more for doing better within that time, and finally, mechanics that add elements to gameplay without straying too far from the core loop. Of course, the downside is that some people might find the simple repetition boring.
