I'm not super familiar with Zelda characters, but I saw this comparison of old vs. new and burst out laughing lololol In order of the pictures: Young Link back then → Young Link in the 2026 remake Adult Link back then → Adult Link in the 2026 remake Back in the day, the hair and face were almost blocky, but now even the hair and clothing textures are incredibly detailed... It's amazing they're the same character lololol Seeing them in order really highlights the technological leap. But I heard these days you can even link ocarinas to smartphones to play them directly? Where will game technology go from here? lololol Ah, this makes me really want to buy a Switch 2... 😭😭

Switch 2 temptation... I wonder if it's around 70 now..? Personally, I prefer graphics like BotW, but I expect the developer might be different lol If the game is fun, that's all that matters..

It's a bit strange due to the polygons, but it's part of the realistic (graphics) Zelda series, so the details are quite substantial. While the proportions of BotW/TotK are what they are due to cel-shading, they're far from realistic... Unlike remasters that are close to remakes (OoT 3D (2011)) or realistic Zelda remasters (e.g., Twilight Princess HD (2016)) This is a true 'remake' with greatly enhanced story, graphics, and details... A realistic Zelda!!!!!!! Coming out after 20 years!!!!! Something I've always dreamed of!!!!!!! The greatest video game of all time!!!!!! Ocarina of Time!!!!! A proper!!!!!!! Remake!!!@!@!!!!!!! For the 40th anniversary!!!!!!!!!
