Why is there no one for raids?
Sigh... It's not like I live in the countryside, but every time I do a raid, I add everyone I meet. Still, I can never find a raid group... always.

I recommend making a sub-account on a second phone. I usually log in with about 4 accounts, including my colleagues' and my own alts, and when I'm logged in, more people tend to join.
