Are there hidden elements?

Time Quests and Hidden Quests are different for everyone. Just because someone else has a Time Quest or Hidden Quest doesn't mean you'll get one too ^^;;;;

It's frustrating that hidden elements have different conditions for each person. It must be even more so for you, ppuub, who values efficiency. It's probably best to keep playing consistently and gather data rather than leaving it to luck, hmm.

All quests are random for each user! So you have to install and run it to knowㅜ
