MIKA - L’amour Fait Ce Qu’il Veut
This is MIKA, a singer with many famous songs. While he has numerous hits like 'we are golden', 'rain', and 'happy ending', today I'll be introducing the song 'L’amour Fait Ce Qu’il Veut'. MIKA, born in the capital of Lebanon, first moved to Paris to escape the Lebanese Civil War, and then relocated to the UK at the age of 9. So, while he sings in English, he occasionally releases songs in French. (He's multilingual, fluent in Italian, Spanish, and even the Arabic dialect of Lebanon!) 'L’amour Fait Ce Qu’il Veut' expresses the feeling of trying to push someone away but ultimately falling in love with them anyway. Although it's sung in French, which might be a bit unfamiliar to us, and tells a heartbreaking love story, it's an exciting song that straddles the line between pop and chanson with its smooth and upbeat melody. Please enjoy it with me~^^

I still don't know Mika that well, but I used to think she was a Japanese female singer. I thought, "Wait, this is a guy's song, why is the singer MIKA?"
I always thought music in French was called chanson lol, is that right?? Anyway, I listened to the song and even looked it up. ㅋㅋ The lively melody is great. Thanks!
