[Chocolate Chip Cookies] Oven Use

Simple chocolate cookies I made during club time. Ingredients: 1 egg, 50g sugar, 2g salt, 2g baking powder/soda, 10g cocoa powder, 70g cake flour, a little vanilla extract, 30g melted butter. I baked them around 170°C to 160°C. (Preheat the oven before starting!) Instructions: 1. Mix egg, sugar, salt, and baking powder/soda with a whisk. 2. Sift cocoa powder over the mixture and mix. 3. Sift in the cake flour and mix. 4. Add vanilla extract (about 3-4 drops, I think) and melted butter. 5. Mix with a spatula using an '11' motion until combined. 6. Put the dough into a piping bag and pipe onto a baking sheet. 7. Bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes. Done! If you find them a bit bland, feel free to add chocolate chips or other ingredients you like!🔥☺️
