[Ban Processing] Suspected alternate account of previously banned user 'Noeuldeok'
We have processed a ban for the user 'Noeuldeok', suspected of being an Ilbe user on the current board. There were 5 reports filed due to the language used, causing discomfort. We observed activity on the same board as the banned user, reported the alternate account to PlO, and proceeded with the ban.
