This is the movie [Wild Card], starring Jin-yeong Jeong and Dong-geun Yang, directed by Yoo-jin Kim, who also directed 'Promise' and 'Shinkiji'. It was a box office success, drawing 1.56 million viewers at the time. In a 2014 survey by the Police Training Institute, it was ranked as the best police movie by active police officers, beating out 'Public Enemy' and 'Memories of Murder'. For reference, the worst police movie ranked #1 was Ryoo Seung-wan's 'The Unjust'.

That guy is probably faster than Cha Du-ri. He's definitely faster and runs farther than Cha Du-ri. I'm a detective in South Korea. I've never run ahead of them before. But it's useless to run. No matter how agile and fast you are, it's no use in this country, South Korea. Our country is surrounded by the sea on three sides, and 600,000 troops stand guard to the north. It's useless to run. It's a line that humorously but coolly expressed the reality of being a police officer haha
