Radish Pancake
It's not something I ate today, but do you guys know about 'Muttuk' (radish pancake)?! I found it while traveling in Taiwan. It's like a savory pancake made by grinding radishes and mixing them with flour or rice flour! It was chewy and delicious. I highly recommend trying it if you visit Taiwan!
