You probably won't find any awesome mystery novels in web novels. You should probably look in books instead...

Unfortunately, mystery stories are scarce these days. There used to be a lot of good ones in the mystery genre on Naver Webtoon, but they all disappeared after Naver Webtoon changed. If you're specifically looking for mystery, watching legal dramas on KakaoPage might be the closest thing. Like prosecutors or lawyers finding evidence and the real culprit.
