Ah, this is tough.....
I messed up while progressing and had to restart everything. Why did I even remix the community center...... Ugh, no gem bundles. Emily's bundles can just die......

Remixing the town hall must have been a lot of work. I've made mistakes before and wanted to tear it all down too, so I totally get how you feel. Emily's parcel is really infamous, isn't it?
