New Tank Character 'Igi' Released

They should release new characters in the gacha too. I'm getting tired of only using the same characters, any recommendations for purple-tier characters worth leveling? I've already maxed out all the SSRs. I've seen some 'Skill Reset' (Scho) in the Arena sometimes, is it any good? I liked Parts 1 and 2, so I leveled up Santana, but I'm not sure if he's good.
