Let's say you want to remove a mountain and seamlessly integrate a building into its place! Manually breaking or blowing up mountains isn't easy. In such cases, if you enter '/fill (start coordinates) ~ ~ ~ air', the area from the starting position to your current location will be filled with air! In other words, it becomes an empty space!
