From a Beginner to a Total Newbie

First, your reaction speed (?). You guys know Piano Tiles, right? If you've played that for a while, isn't it hard to adapt? And when you start, you absolutely have to pull 4-star characters, level them up to 60, and train them to get good scores. For speed, if you've played the game above, start with 7, if not, start with 5. Honestly, if you're not an extreme beginner at rhythm games, there's no need to play the easy difficulty. (5->)7->8->10->11(optional) It's good to change the speed in this order. It's good to train by focusing on one song, and it's also good to build your actual skills by trying various things. Oh, and I heard that it's more comfortable once you get used to using both index fingers, but honestly, it's really hard to adapt. You don't have to force it. For your first song, I recommend "Nia", "Shut Up", and "Lost in the Flowers". By the way, "Lost in the Flowers" is easy even on Master difficulty. This has been the experience shared by a beginner to a total newbie... Don't trust me too much, I'm also a beginner...

It's really commendable that you're helping others while still learning yourself. The know-how you've organized will be a great guide for beginners.

I've been playing for 7 months. If you started on a phone, you'll play with your thumbs, and if you started on a tablet, you'll play with your fingers. Also, I only played 'tell your world' before moving to Normal (I started from Easy) and got into it with 'Mesmerizer', so as long as the song isn't a boss song (Expert 30-31+) on an easy difficulty, it's fine.

I actually saw some research a while back saying that dynamic visual acuity isn't related to rhythm games, so I'll just put that aside. But honestly, using both index fingers is super comfortable, though it took me about a year to fully adapt to it. Anyway, this post seems like a really great beginner's guide!
