When I play Proseca, simply "fast" isn't the problem
I have some experience with Arcaea's Twin Twin charts... In Arcaea, I used to go wild hitting and getting hit by boss songs. That's why I'm good at 'Life' and 'Machine Gun' Expert. They barely have things like confusing directional flicks or messing with note sizes, right?

As an open user of Project Sekai who's experienced those tricky directional flick note sizes, if you saw me when I first started Arcaea, you'd see me completely failing to grasp that sky notes coming with floor notes (simultaneously) are meant to be hit at the same time.
