Hidden quest not completing

I've been trying to contact support since Friday... The quest expires in 2 hours from now... I'm attaching screenshots again to re-submit my inquiry, but there's a 1-hour cooldown on inquiries, so I don't think I'll be able to claim it all ㅠㅠ
