Running out of ideas and struggling with choices..

Summary: Seeking recommendations on what to do~!! It's confirmed to be a male character for now. I'm trying to create a character and need help deciding whether to focus on a blonde-haired, green-eyed imperial aide or butler. Should the male character be more handsome or more of a pretty boy? What should his hair color, outfit design, overall color scheme, and eye/hair colors be...?
