A Song with a Unique Theme
This song is about the peculiar theme of 'Someone is Staring at Me'. It's an older song, with a vibe similar to Michael Jackson's music. It might be a bit polarizing, but I personally find it quite decent and recommend it.

Actually, Michael Jackson sang the repeating part "I always feel like somebody's watching me." I suspect you might have known this and intentionally made the comment to provoke discussion. ^^ Rockwell was the son of a famous record label executive back then (rich kid), so he became friends with Michael Jackson, and Michael Jackson helped him make this song. If you knew this song originally, you must be a bit older. If you only recently found out, it's fascinating how this song popped up on your algorithm. Rockwell's most famous song is "Knife." It's a ballad. It's worth a listen.
