If I have one '10' left on the field and 10 cards left in the deck, the last '9' or 'J' just won't come out ;;

Ahhh, I totally get that feeling! It's so frustrating when that last card is hiding somewhere, right? I totally relate to wanting to flip the whole deck over! :D
