[Bambi's Story About Getting a Baking Certification]

I attended a vocational high school and majored in Food Processing, specifically in pastry and bread making. The Food Processing department is divided into Culinary Arts and Pastry/Bread Making. I started in the first year, and of course, it was tough at first. It was my first time whipping cream, I didn't know what the tools were, and I got yelled at a lot by my seniors during after-school sessions. I started getting the hang of it in my second year.🤣 Up until then, I preferred pastry over bread making and worked hard at it. However, in my third year, I found I liked bread making more. Also, this school has a mandatory practical exam waiver. You can skip the written test and only take the practical exam. And you can take it at the school too. I worked hard on bread making and got my baking certification. I ended up making cream bread 🤨🤔 It was what I was most unconfident about, but since it was the product I practiced with at the end, I think I did well. Conclusion: I don't know about pastry lol. Anyway, I'm not interested in places like Sung Sim Dang; right now, I need to focus on Ottogi (I love money haha 👻). Come visit if I open my own business later ㅋㅋ😋😎
