Vietnamese Pho & Rice Bowl
Spicy Beef Brisket Pho Beef Brisket Pho Vietnamese Rice Bowl My preference is always spicy lol I love the bright red color!!!!! The Vietnamese rice bowl is apparently made with Vietnamese braised meat and onions simmered in sauce. It kind of feels like slightly dried beef jerky stew lol At first, I was like, what is this? Why is the meat so tough? But once you accept that it's supposed to be like that, it has its own charm haha

Judging by the color, it looks like it'll be way past spicy and super hot. How is it?
